To work effectively as a network, a number of ircd configuration options have been standardised by the charter. I thought it might help to keep a list of them so we don't forget.

Internet Relay Chat
irc.elasticmind.net is an Internet Relay Chat (IRC) server provided by elasticmind.net for people to connect to, which in turn enables them to chat with others whom are similarly connected. It is linked to other servers, and forms part of the joint EMind and VoidNet IRC network.
